【Features of the Adihomomixer (R)】 - It consists of a high-speed emulsification disperser, the Homomixer MARK II, and a paddle mixer for uniform kneading. - The paddle mixer is equipped with a scraper that removes the material adhering to the inner walls of the container, maintaining a uniform processing liquid temperature. - By stirring the entire material evenly, it efficiently processes high-viscosity substances for vacuum emulsification and dispersion. - The emulsified material under vacuum has fewer dissolved enzymes, resulting in minimal quality changes during long-term storage, with improved color and luster. 【Features of Model 2M-2 and 2M-5】 - It has a built-in constant temperature water bath and vacuum pump. - The stirring unit can be easily detached, making cleaning simple. - By just exchanging the stirring unit and container, it can switch between 2L and 5L capacities (optional). - The control panel features a touch screen that is convenient for data recording and analysis.
