basic information
By using a specially developed solid lubricant, we achieve a reduction in labor and costs! A user-friendly wear prevention device developed to prevent wear on crane wheels. 【Features】 ○ Long lifespan. Once the wax is set, no replacement is needed for over 4 months (may vary slightly depending on usage environment and conditions). ○ Consistent application amount. Forms a stable film unique to extreme pressure lubricants. ○ Prevents oil film breakage, extending the lifespan of the wheel flange by 3 to 4 times. ○ Exhibits rust prevention and prevents oxidation. ○ Creates a dry film, resulting in minimal dust and dirt adhesion. ○ Does not ooze like oil, preventing wheel slippage and swaying, keeping products under the crane clean. ○ The rotating parts are protected by caps and seals. Operates smoothly regardless of how dirty it gets. * Please be aware that counterfeit products without dust-proof measures are circulating! ○ Easy-to-install structure with no wax damage. Simply loosen the butterfly screw for easy wax replacement. ○ The installation status of the lubricant can be easily checked at a glance, reducing maintenance effort and contributing to cost savings. ○ If accidentally stepped on by an operator, the structure allows it to come off easily, preventing wax breakage (difficult to detach during use). ● For more details, please download.
