basic information
The boron wax for preventing wear on the flanges of iron wheels for cranes has evolved further, now encapsulated in a special lubricating paste! It creates a stable film, ensuring high adhesion and early resolution of initial wear with a solid wax. ■□■ Features ■□■ ■ Creates a dry film that prevents dust accumulation, thus preventing machine failures. ■ Long-term durability. - Being solid, it can be easily replaced by just setting it in place. - The application amount is consistent, forming a film characteristic of extreme pressure lubricants, ensuring stable adhesion. - Prevents oil film breakage, extending the lifespan of the wheel flange by 3 to 4 times. - Exhibits rust prevention properties and prevents oxidation. ■ Safety and maintenance. - Can be easily replaced by simply loosening the butterfly screw. - Unlike oil, it does not seep out to unwanted areas, preventing wheel slippage and wandering, keeping products under the crane clean. ■ Easy maintenance. - The installation status of the lubricant can be checked at a glance, reducing maintenance effort and contributing to cost savings. ■ Applicable flange applicators: X-1, X-2, X-5. ■ Quantity: 24 pieces per box. ■ Weight: 14.3g per piece. ■ Main components: Molybdenum disulfide, special paste, paraffin. ■ For more details, please contact us.
