The Super Shrink Tunnel ROSSO α/β completes the shrink process all at once by directly irradiating the shrink film with a heat source and wavelength. Compared to conventional shrink tunnels, it allows for shorter machine lengths and lower electrical capacity while achieving the same performance, making it space-saving and economical. Since it only shrinks the shrink film, there is minimal thermal impact on the contents, making it effective for packaging low-temperature items, thin plastic containers, glass, and metal that could not be finished neatly with traditional methods. Its compact design does not require a specific installation location, and when used in conjunction with a cover-type tunnel, it enhances effectiveness by applying preliminary shrinkage (models K-800 and K-1000). Additionally, it features easy operation via a touch panel, allowing data input for each item, making it easy to accommodate a variety of products and small lots. The tunnel section is equipped with a lift-up system as standard, facilitating maintenance. The clearance of the heater blocks on both sides can be adjusted with a handle (with position indicator).
