Industry's first new compact servo press machine. Stroke length and ram speed can be freely set within the range of 3 to 60 mm.
This is a new type of compact servo press machine that has been developed with considerations for safety, operability, versatility, and workplace environment, unlike anything seen before. The stroke length and ram speed can be set arbitrarily within the range of 3 to 60 mm. By setting a shorter regular stroke length, more maintenance strokes can be taken, making it easier to clean inside the mold. The ram drive uses an underdrive system, and the ram guide employs a high-rigidity four-post guide system, allowing for a wide opening, which is advantageous for the installation of feeding devices and ancillary equipment, and makes mold attachment and detachment easy. A sequencer is used for control, making it optimal for inline operations. Mode settings are done via a touch panel, and operation is controlled by a two-hand push button. Standardizing molds is also easy, making it ideal for JIT and diverse production.
