Ideal for press-Thomson processing and half-cut processing of ultra-thin materials.
This is a completely new sensation "ultra-thin tabletop servo press machine" developed with consideration for safety, operability, versatility, and workplace environment. The stroke length and ram speed can be set arbitrarily within the range of 3 to 27 mm. By setting a shorter regular stroke length, more maintenance strokes can be taken, making it easier to clean inside the mold. The ram drive uses underdrive, and the ram guide adopts a high-rigidity four-post guide system, allowing for a wide opening, which is advantageous for the installation of feeding devices and ancillary equipment, and makes mold attachment and detachment easy. A sequencer is used for control, making it optimal for inline applications. Mode settings are done via a touch panel, and operation is controlled by a two-hand push button. Standardizing molds is also easy, making it ideal for JIT and multi-variety production.
