Fully automatic machine for deep-fried tofu [oil removal, pressing, cutting, seasoning, packaging]
Thanks to the Agerobo, the labor-intensive process of removing oil from deep-fried tofu has become very convenient! By simply setting the deep-fried tofu in the Agerobo, oil removal, pressing, and cutting are done automatically. What used to require more than 10 people can now be done with just 2 to 4. In the case of an integrated system up to the packaging machine, the cut deep-fried tofu is seasoned and then packed into containers, making it even more efficient!

Company information
A pioneer in designing, manufacturing, and selling stainless steel automatic machines, we were the first in Japan to adopt electromagnetic induction (IH) heating for commercial use. In addition to producing our own egg-related baking machines, we have recently manufactured a variety of safe and highly efficient equipment, including IH heating rotary stirring kettles and griddles. We also undertake the development of IH heating systems. Furthermore, we handle various machines that use electric heaters, and we currently collaborate with major manufacturers overseas to provide technical guidance.
