With IH (induction heating) providing a stronger heat than gas, you can expertly prepare grilled and stir-fried dishes. By using our patented flat coil, we have resolved the issue of uneven heat distribution that traditional IH systems face. Since it directly heats the iron plate, you can easily make subtle temperature adjustments. With over 90% thermal efficiency and no open flame, there is no heat released to the surroundings, preventing an increase in ambient temperature. Thanks to this, the working environment is always comfortable! IH griddle options: ● Mirror iron plate - Made from special materials, it excels in heat distribution compared to standard iron plates. The iron plate itself is also highly resistant to scratches, making it easy to remove food residue and reducing the likelihood of burning. ● Hedge warmer - This option evenly distributes heat all the way to the very edges of the corners, which are typically recognized as the rim.

When current flows through the induction heating coil under the plate, magnetic field lines are generated, and through the action of these magnetic field lines, the iron plate itself is heated. Since IH directly heats the iron plate, there is almost no energy loss, making it highly cost-effective in terms of fuel efficiency (for example, boiling 20 liters of water under the same conditions: Daihan IH cooker costs 48.7 yen and takes 12 minutes; gas flame costs 86.5 yen and takes 17 minutes). Furthermore, since it does not use dangerous and troublesome open flames, there is less air pollution and excess waste heat, allowing heating and cooling systems to operate very efficiently, thus keeping air conditioning costs low. Additionally, savings can be made on overall initial costs due to lighter duct and air conditioning equipment, as well as ongoing running costs such as water expenses (which can be reduced by nearly 40%) due to dry factories. Simple control via an electronic control panel significantly reduces the number of workers needed, achieving a reduction in labor costs.
