Re-Force, as an expert in precision sheet metal, responds to all metal processing and manufacturing needs, characterized by 'speed' and 'flexible responses' tailored to our customers' requirements. With the completion of our new factory in winter 2022, the expansion of our facility has significantly improved the efficiency of each process. We have established both prototype and mass production lines, continuously evolving through ongoing equipment upgrades year after year. In blank processing, we boast world-class processing speeds with fiber laser cutting machines and Amada's multi-processing machines. In bending and welding processes, many robots, including 'robotic benders' and 'welding robots,' are actively utilized. We also have two lines for environmentally friendly powder coating.
