The AX-162D can measure a wide range of resistances from 0.00mΩ to 200mΩ with ultra-fast speed and high precision. This device is equipped with a built-in microprocessor that evaluates the measured values and outputs signals for HI, GO, and LO judgments. The measured values can be displayed as a deviation of ±99.99% or as resistance values (max. 19999 counts). The device allows for switching measurement speeds, with integration times set for each range in both FAST and SLOW modes. A contact check function is standard, and during four-terminal measurements, if any one of the connections has a poor contact, it will output an H judgment regardless of the measured value, along with an external HI signal and a C.E. (Contact Check Error) signal. The contact check can be selected to occur before measurement, after measurement, both before and after measurement, or turned OFF. Additionally, a monitoring function is provided to continuously check the measurement current/voltage, so if any abnormalities in terminal contact occur during measurement, it will output an NG judgment.
