The original Burkert flipper structure has no pump effect (fluid suction/extrusion) and is ideal for quantitative control (dosing/dispensing) applications. The rocker structure solenoid valve has no sharp angles below 90° inside, making it difficult for fluid to accumulate, and it has high cleanability. Therefore, there is no cross-contamination or contamination. Additionally, the internal volume can be minimized to as low as 5 μL. Furthermore, the compact design with a one-directional flow path allows for flexible manifold design, contributing to the overall compactness of the device. The micro pump also has a structure where the fluid does not come into contact with any metal. There are Type 7604 micro pumps for continuous flow control and Type 7616 dosing units for quantitative control (dosing/dispensing).
