● Hearing We carefully listen to the customer's quality requirements, concerns, plans, budget, and so on, which serve as the basis for our ideas. We also identify current issues and link them to our proposals. ● Painting Test Please prepare the target object to be painted and the paint, and we will conduct a painting test using Data Pro in the demo room at the Togane Technical Center. Here, we will confirm important quality and cost factors for production. ● Proposal & Estimation Based on various themes, we will propose an optimal system design (outline design) that meets the customer's conditions. In some cases, this may require the development of new equipment. ● Training We will conduct training sessions using SOFTBOY PRO at the Togane Technical Center. Jig development will proceed simultaneously, providing practical training aligned with production, such as methods to reduce waste paint and shorten painting time. ● After Follow-up After the system installation, we will respond quickly through Takubo's support system. Additionally, we will provide maintenance information, system equipment and device details, parts information, and the latest robot information via fax communication and user sites as needed.
