Reduction of air defects and shortening of the molding cycle

As a measure to prevent defective products caused by the unique air entrapment of rubber during injection molding, "vacuum drawing inside the mold" is implemented. However, as the complexity of molded products, such as automotive parts, increases, the structure of the molds becomes more complicated, which affects mold design to maintain sealing within the mold.
