The new F2 filter is a filtration and dehydration machine that separates fine particles from the washing water (liquid) and recycles it for reuse.
It performs both filtration and dewatering functions in one unit. Clear filtered water can be obtained using filtration aids, filtration membranes, and a circulating filtration structure. Dewatering is done using compressed air, and solids are collected. Difficult-to-filter wastewater can be treated with body feed filtration using the addition of filtration aids. Organic matter filtration can be achieved through adsorption filtration using powdered activated carbon. Valuable material filtration is conducted using cellulose as a filtration aid, reducing incineration recovery costs.
