No need for electric or air power sources! No pumps or hoses required. Easily tighten large bolts with just a hex wrench.
■ No need for electric or air power sources! No pumps or hoses required. Easily tighten large bolts with just a hex wrench. ■ Tightening work is done simply by turning the hex wrench. ■ Bolt sizes: M20 to M140 ■ Maximum tightening axial force: 254 kN. ■ Since the bolts are pulled tight, it does not damage the surface of the flange or the seating surface of the nut. ■ The maximum operating temperature of the product is up to 100°C. ■ For holding the rotating shaft of cutting machine slitter lines and side trimmers, as well as for replacing and aligning circular saw blades of friction saw blades, and for large bolt tightening and loosening tasks for scrap choppers, roll forming lines, and gear cutting machines (hobbing machines), it can be done easily and instantly.
