We will respond to various requests.
Magnetic fields are utilized to control plasma in a vacuum for the deposition of thin films used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, flat panel displays, solar cells, and other electronics products, optical components, and decorative items, as well as in sputtering processes. Permanent magnets are used to manage various parameters such as magnetic field strength, generation location, magnetic field direction, and magnetic field gradient to achieve the desired effects. Our analysis, design, manufacturing, and measurement services can help you leverage these characteristics.
