Lightweight, compact clean induction heating (IH) power supply "EASYHEAT"
The induction heating power supply "EASYHEAT" comes in six models ranging from 1.2kW to 10kW, achieving highly reproducible and ideal non-contact heating. The frequency range is broad, from 150kHz to 400kHz, and it features an auto-tuning function that continuously tracks the resonant frequency within the entire frequency range not only during heating but also when the heat is on. All models are designed with a convenient remote work head type, with a standard cable length of 3.5m (extendable). This allows for flexible use of installation space as the power supply and work head can be set up separately. It is equipped with a programmable heating controller that can save four types of heating recipes.

The induction heating power supply EASYHEAT is suitable for quick heating of small to medium-sized parts, and the easy-to-handle remote work head is connected to the power supply via a 3-meter long cable. The frequency ranges widely from 150 to 400 kHz, and with CPU-controlled automatic frequency tuning and a wide tap select, it can easily adapt to changes in part size or coil changes. The heating process is quick and clean: the parts or materials to be heated are placed inside a coil made of copper tubing. The size and shape of the heating coil that can be attached to the remote work head are determined by the shape and characteristics of the parts being heated. At Alonix, we design and manufacture coils suitable for the customer's applications. The output is monitored on the front LCD panel and operated via a touchpad. Additionally, the length of the heating cycle can be set with the built-in digital timer for a duration ranging from 10 milliseconds to 10,000 seconds (2 hours and 46 minutes). Deployment to overseas factories compliant with CE marking and export heating equipment for the EU is also possible. The LCD display can show information not only in English but also in Italian, Spanish, German, and French.
