Just insert and twist to connect.
This is the smallest joint (fitting) among our products. It has a reliable design that connects by inserting and twisting, preventing incorrect connections with lure locks. The hose valve with a protective tube (U.S. Patent No. 4703957) prevents damage to the extremely thin joint section, which is the biggest challenge when using small fittings. Even when the tube is connected, it can rotate freely, preventing twisting and accidents where the tube may come loose during use. <CPC Plastic Fitting Features> Lightweight and low-cost. Rust prevention. Usable for both gases and liquids. All-plastic versions are also disposable. Products compatible with dust-free clean rooms are suitable for medical and precision machinery applications. The tube can rotate freely, reducing twisting and preventing tube detachment accidents during use. In valve-equipped types, liquids (gases) automatically stop when removed under pressure. There is a wide range of couplings made from plastics that have been confirmed for safety, such as NSF standard C-2 and USP type VI, ensuring food safety.
