The "Stealth Ultima IIS16" is a high-performance thermal displacement correction device for machine tools and related industrial equipment. This product can achieve an absolute correction with a precision of 1μm and a command value accuracy of +0.01μm using high-precision temperature sensors (thermistors). It supports a wide range of temperature measurements and enables monitoring such as abnormal temperature warnings. Furthermore, if the temperature sensor becomes disconnected after the device is installed, the number of the disconnected temperature sensor can be confirmed on the PC software.
