Electrostatic spraying method for flow immersion industry
A positive or negative high voltage is applied to the sprayed powder, and the grounded substrate generates a relatively opposite charge, electrically adhering the powder to the substrate. This is then placed in a furnace to melt and form a coating film. Since no solvent is used in the thin film, a beautiful coating film of 50 to 150 μm is formed without pollution. However, due to the thinness of the coating film, it is not suitable for corrosion protection applications compared to the flow immersion method.

Company information
I believe the 21st century is a time when we must be aware of the relationship between each of our daily actions and the Earth's environment. The accumulation of delicate awareness will help protect our irreplaceable planet. Our group has over 40 years of experience in the unknown field of plastic coating. Coating is not simply about protecting the surface of a substrate. It involves adding plastics with properties suited to specific applications, creating a composite that enhances the advantages of the substrate. By considering this optimal combination, we believe we can contribute to protecting the precious and limited resources of our planet. With the upcoming technologies and information, the Earth will become more unified. We see this as a great opportunity to expand our field of activity and wish to make proactive proposals.
