It covers a wide range of continuous machining from low to high speeds for hardened steel. TBC80-FX50 CBN grade for weak intermittent machining of hardened steel A CBN sintered material with a special ceramic binder and uniformly dispersed fine cBN particles. It covers machining from continuous to weak intermittent areas for hardened steel. Due to its fine cBN sintered structure, it offers excellent surface roughness. TBC80-GX60 General-purpose CBN grade for hardened steel A CBN sintered material with a special ceramic binder and uniformly dispersed cBN particles. It excels in the balance of wear resistance and chipping resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of hardened steel machining.
