【Features of the Jig System】 ■ Bundle of wires supporting curved parts The part-supporting section consists of a bundle of wires, structured to support the wires with springs along the shape of the part. By pressing parts with complex shapes or curves against the 'matrix' and securing them with clamps, they can be firmly set in three dimensions according to their shape. Supporting the part at two or three points ensures stability without wobbling. ■ Adjustment of support height and position The height supporting the part can be freely adjusted by combining blocks, and its position can be easily fixed on a dedicated T-slot base plate. ■ Contributes to cost reduction.
