Hori Research Institute Industrial Gas Compressor for Cogeneration and Hydrogen Generation Equipment

It is possible to manufacture within the range of "220 kW" or below for motor output.

This is a compressor that supports the pressurization of all types of gases, including instrumentation air compressors and gas compressors. It boasts a domestic market share of over 80% for gas engine compressors. To accommodate various gas types and a wide range of intake pressures, multiple shaft seal configurations are available. Conditions may vary depending on the installation environment and other factors, but please feel free to contact us even for projects that have been declined by other companies. 【Features】 ○ Proficient in handling combustible gases such as "city gas," "biogas," "hydrogen," and "gasoline vapor." Of course, it can also handle gases like "helium" and "nitrogen." ○ Extensive track record of deliveries. ○ Estimates can be provided for all gases except those containing highly corrosive gases to metals or solvents that cause rubber to swell. ○ The manufacturing range for electric motor output is up to "220 kW." ○ Several types of shaft seal configurations are prepared to accommodate all gas types and a wide range of intake pressures. ○ Carbon labyrinth. ○ High-pressure oil seal type. ○ U-packing seal type. ○ Mechanical seal type. ○ Candle type. ○ Standard material is "FC," but production in SUS is also possible. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.
