The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency has successfully developed a coating by applying insulation technology and turning a very special ceramic into paint, making it usable as a building material!
The coating of Gainar, when exposed to heat, converts that heat very efficiently into far infrared rays and continues to radiate them. Far infrared rays have the property of transferring radiant heat from the hotter area to the cooler area, thereby equalizing the temperature. By utilizing this property, the Gainar coating can instantly respond to the temperature of the surrounding environment. The condensation prevention effect of Gainar is that condensation generally occurs when heat from the air moves to surfaces like walls. Heat always moves from a higher temperature to a lower temperature when there is a temperature difference, which is why condensation occurs on surfaces like walls that are cooler than the indoor air temperature during winter. When Gainar is applied, the painted surface approaches the same temperature as the indoor air, reducing the temperature difference and effectively suppressing the occurrence of condensation.

Company information
We are committed to directly addressing the "environment" to protect the Earth of tomorrow, focusing on environmental system projects, renovation projects, new construction painting projects, insulation, energy conservation, and repainting. The 21st century is said to be the century of the environment, with global warming prevention being a major concern and the establishment of a sustainable, circular society being a significant theme. For companies, environmental measures are also a major business challenge. Therefore, Itamochi Painting Shop considers the consideration and preservation of the global environment to be its mission and has established the Environmental System Division. Recent remarkable technological developments have enabled painting, which was previously applied solely for aesthetic purposes, to significantly contribute to global warming prevention, such as CO2 reduction, thus acquiring a new value called "environmental power." We will actively introduce and promote such cutting-edge technologies to support our customers' environmental measures and, ultimately, contribute even a little to the prevention of global warming. Itamochi Painting Shop will continue to take on challenges to protect the future of our children.
