We have the capability to produce about 3 to 5 molds per month with molds sized for 50-ton class molding machines. ○ Support for both prototype molds and mass production molds. We manufacture both prototype production using molds and mass production molds. Not only do we produce molds, but we can also develop prototypes with mass production in mind. The know-how from prototype molds can be directly applied to mass production molds. ○ Installation of in-house prototype precision molding machine (clamping force 50t). We accumulate know-how not only for molds but also for molding in-house, allowing for feedback. We can handle molding from general-purpose resins to super engineering plastics, accommodating thin-walled molding of about 0.3mm to thick-walled molding of about 7mm. ○ Molds and prototypes for parts around 50mm square are where we excel the most.
