We have the capability to produce about 3 to 5 molds per month with molds sized for 50-ton class molding machines. ○ Support for both prototype molds and mass production molds. We manufacture both prototype production using molds and mass production molds. Not only do we produce molds, but we can also develop prototypes with mass production in mind. The know-how from prototype molds can be directly applied to mass production molds. ○ Installation of in-house prototype precision molding machine (clamping force 50t). We accumulate know-how not only for molds but also for molding in-house, allowing for feedback.
