"IT68S-Smooth" is a roll lined with room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber RTV. By using a general-purpose synthetic rubber material for the intermediate layer, we can reduce costs. The adhesion between the intermediate layer and the surface layer is strong, and since the surface layer is seamless, there are no seam marks on films or other materials. We offer various proposals tailored to customer needs, including release properties (non-stick), abrasion resistance, and rubber hardness.
