【Features】 ○ The supply section uses a two-stage electromagnetic feeder. ○ The sealing section adopts a gear-equipped die roll and a center set method. ○ The cutting of the sheet and the horizontal sewing section do not produce noise or shock due to the use of a rotary cutter and sliding mechanism. ○ The sheets immediately after sealing are rapidly cooled with air cooling to prevent seal peeling. ○ Differences in sheet advancement speed due to die roll exchanges with different circumferences are synchronized by a continuously variable transmission. ○ A special pocket former with protrusions is combined with the die roll to prevent pinholes and save sheet space. ● For more details, please contact us.
