From the blending of raw materials and top processing to molding processing, we handle everything in-house, allowing us to provide detailed support for both small and large lots.
Our core and water-absorbent rods are made primarily from heat-bonded fibers and are binder-free, resulting in a pure product. Through meticulous quality control, we ensure uniform adhesion not only on the outer layer but also throughout the core, securing stable strength and compatibility with automatic assembly machines.
