**Features** ◆ Spinning high uniformity, high-quality nanofibers By using unique technology to establish a stable electric field, we can spin nanofibers with high uniformity in fiber diameter and minimal droplets. ◆ Easy programming with a numeric keypad Parameters such as high voltage, solution capacity, feed rate, syringe diameter, collector rotation speed, spinneret width, traverse speed, and cleaning frequency/interval can be easily programmed using the numeric keypad. ◆ Easy-to-remove system parts Both the spinneret and collector can be quickly and easily exchanged and installed. ◆ Spinning highly oriented alignment films By utilizing an optional φ200mm drum collector or disk collector, highly oriented alignment films (with an orientation angle of less than 5 degrees depending on the material) can be produced. ◆ Equipped with an automatic cleaning mechanism It has a cleaning mechanism for the needle tip, and the frequency and interval can be programmed. ◆ Thorough safety measures Safety measures include door interlocks, emergency stop functions, indicator lights, the use of reinforced glass, and rapid disconnection of high voltage, ensuring comprehensive safety.
