This is a versatile 3D measuring device that utilizes slit light to measure depth and height without contact, and has newly added vertical and horizontal measurement capabilities, as well as a microscope observation function for the measurement surface. It comes as a set with two TV cameras and a TV monitor. 3D measurements, including cross-sectional shape observation with slit light and displacement measurement of uneven surfaces, can be performed quickly and easily.
