【Features】 ● Continuous tracking AF drive allows for highly accurate measurements to be performed quickly and easily. ● The measurement method observes the step shape projected by the slit image, enabling real-time recognition of height variations on the measurement screen, making it easy to identify areas that require measurement. ● A measurement system where the center of the slit image, spot light image, and electronic line reference all align at the measurement point, preventing incorrect measurements by checking for discrepancies. ● The angle of light cutting can be selected from standard 90°, as well as 30°, 60°, and 120°, depending on the application. ● For other functions and details, please refer to the catalog.
