The mechanism that maintains high precision without depending on the two-face width of the bolts and nuts is uniquely designed and developed by TONE. The monkey head section is equipped with a backlash-free worm mechanism. It reduces play in the lower jaw and minimizes wear on the corners of the bolts and nuts, making it TONE's original torque wrench. Torque setting is done through a digital display value of a mechanical mechanism that allows direct reading of the numerical value. Since there is no need to read the main and sub-scales as in conventional models, it is convenient for preventing setting errors and for confirming and managing tightening torque. It is useful in various fields of work, such as piping for air conditioning, torque regulation points for automobiles and motorcycles, installation of connectors and exchangers for CATV and fiber optic cables, and anchor bolts for fire safety equipment. It can be adjusted to the necessary size regardless of millimeter or inch sizes, as well as square or irregular bolts and nuts! The wide type has a large hexagonal two-face width, making it ideal for low torque tightening of non-ferrous and resin nuts (TMWM25W, TMWM50W, TMWM100W, TMWM150W). Accuracy is ±4%.
