basic information
This seminar focuses on secondary raw materials (such as fine chemicals, additives, stabilizers, and flame retardants) excluding about 200 major raw materials that frequently experience market fluctuations, like basic chemicals and general-purpose resins. It explains the concept of cost reduction and various cost-cutting methods. Despite being essential substances for producing chemical products, these materials are often overlooked as targets for cost reduction due to their lower purchasing amounts compared to primary raw materials. However, there is significant potential for cost savings in this area. In this seminar, an instructor with extensive knowledge of chemical raw material purchasing will explain 19 cost reduction methods discovered through years of experience, along with three core technologies that support them, in an easy-to-understand Q&A format suitable for beginners. By learning systematically, you can enhance the certainty of your cost reduction efforts. If you are involved in the purchasing of chemical raw materials, please make use of this know-how. Additionally, there is a conditional free benefit worth 200,000 yen, so please take advantage of it.
