Adachi New Industry's IR cut filter can achieve a very small ripple in the visible light range and a high transmission rate. Additionally, by depositing a dielectric multilayer film, it is possible to design a sharp transition from the transmission band to the cut-off band. 2) Custom design and customization available for desired wavelength range. We can design and coat according to the wavelength range requested by the customer. Control in the blocking range as well as the angle of incidence are also important factors. We will design according to the characteristics of the substrate and the customer's requirements, so please provide the substrate type and wavelength range when inquiring. 3) Component support is also possible. We can handle everything from substrate procurement to film deposition. It is also possible to cut into any shape and ship as components. However, we will need detailed drawings. 4) Measurement instruments. We will always attach a measurement chart upon shipment, so please rest assured. 5) Clean room support. The working environment maintains the necessary cleanliness for each stage from film deposition to inspection, and we have a thorough system in place to address minor film defects (such as foreign substances in the film).
