The Ripple Current Tester 11800/11801/11810 is a precision testing device designed for the durability (high-temperature load) testing of various electrolytic capacitors. It is equipped with fully digital control functions for automatic constant ripple current and constant peak voltage (= Vdc + Vac_peak), allowing for easy durability testing of electrolytic capacitors. By utilizing excellent output amplifier design technology, the 11800/11801/11810 reduces power consumption and minimizes temperature rise within the device itself. This enables significant reductions in electrical costs during prolonged measurements while simultaneously improving the reliability and lifespan of the equipment. This device is also ideal for quality evaluation of electrolytic capacitors.

- Full digital control for automatic constant ripple current and constant peak voltage (= Vdc + Vac_peak) function for easy operation. - Accurate monitoring of the peak voltage of the capacitor under test is possible using a 4-wire fixture (patented). - The use of copper foil against test leads reduces voltage drop in high-frequency circuits and allows for accurate ripple voltage readings (patent pending). - Voltage output range: DC 0 to 500V, accuracy: 0.3%. - With optional A118010 monitoring software, simultaneous monitoring of multiple ripple currents is possible. - Low power consumption design. - Equipped with a large LCD display (320 x 240 dot matrix). - Warnings during measurement completion or abnormal stop. In case of an abnormal stop, the measured time is recorded, and automatic discharge is possible. - Monitoring is possible via the standard RS-485 interface. - 20 sets of series and parallel connection fixtures are available as options. - Built-in digital timer. - CE certification (11800/11801).
