Lime titanium-based coating, austenite + ferrite-based special welding rod. Designed with components that reduce the generation of shrinkage stress during cooling, making it particularly suitable for joining materials with high crack sensitivity, such as alloy steels, and for intermediate layer welding to prevent corrosion, wear, and crack formation through build-up welding. It has work hardening properties and performs well against impact wear, and due to its high chromium content, it shows excellent results against high-temperature oxidation. The workability is very good, with a stable arc even at low currents. It also provides good fusion and produces smooth beads. Applicable for welding dissimilar metals, steels with unknown compositions, difficult-to-weld steels, and tool steels. Hardness HV 250, hardness after work hardening HV 440, tensile strength 800 N/mm².
