We objectively evaluate and quantify flavors! Suitable for the development of new food and pharmaceutical products.
The taste recognition device TS-6000A can detect taste differences that were previously undetectable by conventional chemical analysis. A taste sensor with broad selectivity assesses the taste and can obtain up to 11 types of taste items. With its unique "aftertaste" measurement, it is now possible to express "richness" and "sharpness," which could not be measured before. *Please feel free to contact us. *An English version of the catalog is also available. basic information
We use sensors that selectively respond to each taste (for saltiness, umami, sourness, sweetness, bitterness, and astringency). The sensitivity is also adjusted to individuals, allowing for taste evaluation of unknown samples without sensory evaluation by people. 【Features】 ● The results align with human sensory perception. ● It is possible to evaluate not only basic tastes (sweetness, bitterness, umami, astringency, saltiness, sourness) but also complex and subtle flavors such as aftertaste, richness, and sharpness. ● The intensity of flavors can be expressed numerically. ● Even for unknown samples, taste can be quantified in numbers. ● High reproducibility. The reproducibility of the data is significantly better than that of professionals. If the same sample is tested, the same results will be obtained whether it was tested months ago or years ago. *Please feel free to contact us. *An English version of the catalog is also available.
