The "HP/HVOF Spray System JP-5000/JP-8000" is a product that achieves high-quality coating through the adoption of high-speed flame spraying methods, realizing the fundamental principles for high-quality coatings: "high combustion pressure, high gas flow rate, and high-speed particles." By melting powder materials and impacting them onto the substrate, a film is formed through compressive stress, resulting in high density, adhesion, and hardness, while minimizing oxide content in the coating. It can be widely used for improving the corrosion resistance of printing rolls and the wear resistance of conveying screws, among other applications. 【Product Lineup】 "HP/HVOF JP5000" - Automatically checks the mechanism and confirms preparation before spraying with an alarm. - Pressing the auto-start button raises the pressure in three stages and begins spraying under the set conditions. "HP/HVOF JP8000" - All operations are touch panel-based. - Each limit is pre-set, and spraying conditions are registered.
