The Horizon Blot is a semi-dry blotting device with a long track record of success.
This is a blotting device that stacks filter paper soaked with blotting solution on top of a horizontal electrode plate, sandwiches the gel and membrane, and applies electric current. It allows for rapid blotting of proteins and DNA.
