It can smoothly transport powder (granular material) as if passing liquid through a rubber hose.
The Archflux is a device for the quantitative transport of powders (granular materials). It is a powder pump (flexible screw conveyor) that allows for the bending of the Archimedes screw, which has the most efficient pumping action. 【Features】 ◆ Adoption of a unique element ⇒ Unlike products that only use a spiral, by attaching a resin element, it offers advantages in both transport efficiency and strength compared to other products. ◆ Simple structure and space-saving design ⇒ With a simple structure that passes a screw through a pipe (tube) to transport powders via its rotation, it allows for relatively easy disassembly and cleaning, achieving space-saving in layout as well. ◆ Sealed structure inside the pipe (tube) ⇒ It is expected to prevent contamination from external sources and environmental pollution. *For more details, please download the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Since our establishment, we have been engaged in the powder (bulk material) handling industry. Since 1999, we have been the Japanese representative of Schenck Process in Germany, offering solutions including volumetric feeders and conveyors for powders, as well as spreading devices, pneumatic transport, measuring instruments, and the creation of systems and plants that incorporate these elements. Additionally, we are now challenging new fields such as linear transport systems to support our customers with their concerns. *We have well-equipped testing facilities that allow us to verify whether volumetric feeding and transport are feasible. *Additional information as of July 19 New support business launched! - I want to modify or renew a control panel, but I have no one to consult with. - It's troublesome to deal with issues because it's an overseas-made control panel. - I want to consolidate multiple control panels. If you have any concerns regarding control systems, please feel free to consult with us. http://www.kuma-eng.co.jp/post-1343/ ~Main Products~ - Accurate Feeder - GUD Feeder - Pendulum Feeder - Vibrating Feeder - Arch Flux - Disc Conveyor - Spreading Device - Linear Transport (Linear Conveyor)
