【Main Features】 ○ This is a coating device for tungsten thin films for electron microscopes. ○ It is effective for ultra-high magnification observation in ultra-high resolution SEM (over 200,000 times). ○ By using a sample tilt and rotation mechanism (optional), it is possible to improve the wrap-around performance. ○ It can coat metal plates such as Mo/Cr/Ni/Cu (optional). ○ Changing the voltage and current capacity (optional) allows for most metal coatings. ○ The use of an air-cooled magnetron target minimizes sample damage and prevents temperature rise of the target. ○ Argon gas is used as the atmosphere gas. ○ The button layout simplifies operations during condition setting. ○ After condition setting is complete, it operates fully automatically with the push of a button. ○ A sputtering device for electron microscopes equipped with interlock and safety mechanisms. 【Other Features】 ○ The target uses an air-cooled magnetron method, enabling metal coatings other than precious metals while minimizing ion and thermal damage. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
