The inspection software automatically conducts inspections of various products while saving inspection data, aiming to achieve complete traceability, provide feedback for quality improvement, and reduce costs. We will create software tailored to the production lines of all customers who place orders. ◆ Inspection Function Since it is a fully customized software, it can accommodate any type of inspection. You can select various inspection items, such as upper and lower limit checks of measurement values, obtaining pass/fail results from measuring instruments, and determining specific strings (such as product names or version information) via communication. ◆ Time Measurement Function It comes standard with a function to measure inspection time (tact). This can be utilized to improve productivity on each line, and by recording it, it can be used similarly to a work report. ◆ Count Function By displaying the number of OK (good products), NG (defective products), and input count (total count), it can be used to check the progress of the day and the total number of inspections for the products. ◆ Log Function The date and time of inspections, the results of each inspection, and the tact are saved as logs. The list display and graph display of logs help identify the time and cause of defects.
