[Contract Measurement] Biaxial Strength Testing (Strength Measurement for Peeling, Durability, Tensile, Opening, etc.)
Biaxial Strength Test [XZ-Gauge]
By means of a two-axis movement, it reproduces human actions and quantifies "changes in force" such as "opening and closing caps," "peeling seals," and "measuring the amount of powder dispensed."
By being movable on two axes, it is possible to measure special movements that cannot be reproduced on a single axis, replicating the motions of people and machines. We realize measurements that are close to human movement and measure the "changes in force" every 1/000 seconds. We do not sell machines; instead, we provide measurement evaluations through contract measurements. We will propose measurement methods to you.

basic information
With dual-axis movement, it is possible to measure "force" that accommodates diagonal and arc movements! Not only for measuring "force"! 【Measurement Range】 - Load capacity: 500N - Measurement speed: 0.01mm/s to 400mm/s - X-axis movement range: 200mm - Z-axis movement range: 200mm (simultaneous X-Z movement is possible, as well as operation on one side only) - Load measurement: Load cell - Operating program: To be discussed separately - Measurement data acquisition: 1/1000 second
