This device is a signal generator that can be used for HDTV and One-Seg broadcasting, similar to broadcast waves. It is equipped with a TS generator with a built-in HDD and an ISDB-T modulator, making it possible to achieve area One-Seg broadcasting at event venues and large commercial facilities, as well as digital signage using digital TV simultaneously. Video files such as AVI and Windows Media can be encoded using peripheral H.264 offline encoders or MPEG2HD offline encoders, and by setting them in this device, distribution is possible.

- HD (High Definition) TV programs and One Seg broadcasts can be delivered simultaneously. (It is also possible to allocate all 13 segments to the TV.) - Scheduled playback of content is possible. With scheduled playback, specified content can be delivered based on date, day of the week, etc. - It is possible to multiplex TS files set on the HDD or TS inputs from external sources. This can also be used for multiplexing video, audio, and data broadcasts. - Depending on the option, up to 4 inputs (standard 2 inputs) of TS can be multiplexed. - Output level range: -40dBm to +10dBm (0.5dB step/75Ω) * The maximum output of 10mW, mainly used for area One Seg, can be set, so no additional amplifiers are required. - The output channel can be set as follows: VHF: 1 to 12ch, UHF: 13 to 62ch, CATV: any 1ch from C13 to C63. (Subchannels can be selected from 0 to 41.)
