It pursues reliability, safety, and operability required for production lines, while enabling high-temperature processing up to 650°C. The two types in this series primarily use different vacuum pumps: an oil diffusion pump and a turbo molecular pump, which not only differ in the achievable pressure but also in their mechanisms. ■Heating Mechanism An internal heating method using sheath micro-heaters installed under each shelf as the heat source to achieve high temperatures in a vacuum. It is also possible to install heaters on the walls of the chamber depending on the workpiece. Compared to external heating methods, the time to reach the set temperature is reduced, and the temperature distribution within the chamber is improved. ■Heating Control Each heater installed in the chamber is equipped with a temperature controller for individual PID control, ensuring accurate and reliable temperature control. Additionally, it is possible to set the heating pattern using a programmable temperature controller. ■Usability With the start button ON, the sequencer program automatically operates functions such as vacuum evacuation, heating, and valve opening/closing. The graphic panel displays the ON/OFF status of the equipment systems and operating devices, making it easy to check the operating conditions. Even during individual operation, interlock functions prevent operational errors. ■Safety If an abnormality is detected during automatic operation, the operation will completely stop or partially stop depending on the nature of the abnormality (such as reduced cooling water flow, decreased air pressure, overheating, etc.), and the abnormality will be indicated by a lamp on the graphic panel. In the event of a power outage, the main valve will close to maintain the pressure in the vacuum heating chamber (preventing oxidation of the workpiece due to atmospheric leakage), and a protective function will open the pump leak valve to prevent pump oil backflow.
