basic information
The washing dust collection device cleans dust-laden gas with water or a liquid with suitable additives, collecting dust by adhering it to the liquid surface and liquid film. Therefore, it is a type of dust collection device that performs absorption removal or chemical neutralization of harmful gas components contained in the gas while separating and collecting dust in water. Although water treatment is labor-intensive and not universally applicable, it is a very effective system for special applications. The dust collection principles are considered to be a combination of: 1) Inertial collision between dust particles and liquid droplets 2) Diffusion effect from high concentration areas to low concentration areas 3) Coagulation effects The washing dust collection device itself is merely a device that transfers dust from the air into water, so the collected dust and harmful gas components are discharged along with the water. Therefore, when installing a scrubber, a wastewater treatment system is absolutely necessary.

Applications/Examples of results
Pressurized water is sprayed inside the cyclone to clean the dust-laden air. Dust-laden air is introduced tangentially from the lower part of the cylindrical body, swirling upwards, while a large number of high-pressure spray nozzles are installed in the central lower part of the tower to spray water droplets radially. There is also a spray cyclone type that adds spray nozzles to a regular cyclone.
