The KWL20 series is an ideal LED floodlight device for replacing shield beams. It offers five different beam angles: ultra-wide 110 degrees, wide 65 degrees, medium wide 41 degrees, medium 23 degrees, and narrow 15 degrees. Its shock-resistant design makes it safe for installation on heavy machinery that experiences a lot of vibrations. It operates on a DC power supply ranging from 12V to 65V, making it widely usable for 12V, 24V, and 48V vehicles. It features a fully waterproof design equivalent to IP68. It has been widely mounted on railway maintenance vehicles and has been used for extended periods on multiple tampers (multi-tam), track motor cars, and rail grinding vehicles.
