Magnetic Power Supply Device ES Type Ultra Low Impedance

Optimal for high efficiency and compact multi-pole magnetization. Revamped internal circuit design of the power supply.

The EMIC magnetizing device is manufactured under a quality management system certified by ISO9001 and has received high evaluations both domestically and internationally for its performance, operability, and safety. The "ES type ultra-low impedance" has completely revamped the internal circuit design of the power supply, pursuing low impedance to the ultimate degree. With the new circuit, it achieves low voltage and high current, making it effective for magnetizing high HC magnets for ultra-small motors related to IT. The short energizing time reduces heat generation, thereby improving the durability of the magnetizing yoke. It is suitable for magnetizing small diameter motors such as CD, DVD, HDD spindle motors, stepping motors, and pager motors, with extremely fine winding requiring only 1 to 2 turns per pole and needing high current for magnetization. 【Features】 ○ Complete overhaul of the internal circuit design of the power supply, pursuing low impedance to the ultimate degree ○ Realization of low voltage and high current with the new circuit ○ Effective for magnetizing high HC magnets for ultra-small motors related to IT ○ Short energizing time reduces heat generation, improving the durability of the magnetizing yoke ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
