It is suitable for processes that require strong holding power, such as dicing and polishing. ● Adhesive strength is activated at 60°C (workpiece can be fixed), and adhesive strength decreases above 60°C (workpiece can be peeled off). ● Can be reused multiple times depending on the usage environment. ● Extremely low residue left behind. ● Excellent dimensional stability, achieving high processing accuracy. ● Compliant with RoHS directives.
