Comprehensive catalog of the SIR13 series, ideal for dielectric strength testing and insulation reliability evaluation.
The SIR13 series is optimal for high voltage insulation testing and insulation reliability evaluation of high insulation materials simultaneously across multiple channels. Additionally, the high power type allows for breakdown voltage testing of power devices, as the follow current is 3.2mA/ch. A new member has been added to the SIR13 series lineup, enabling insulation reliability measurements at applied voltages of 1.5kV, 3kV, 6kV, and 10kV. For more details, please download the catalog.
